Refund policy

We want you to feel good about paying for MathAnvil. If something isn't right, here's exactly how refunds work.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you subscribe to Plus or Pro and decide it's not for you within 14 days of your first paid charge, we will refund the full amount with no questions asked. Email support@mathanvil.com from the address on your account and we will process the refund within 5 business days.
After the 14-day window
- We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months or unused time on a renewed annual plan.
- You can cancel any time from your account page. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then stops billing.
- Cancelling does not delete your account or saved progress; you can come back to the free tier indefinitely.
Annual plans
Annual plans are also covered by the 14-day guarantee from the date of the first charge. After day 14 we don't pro-rate, but you keep access for the full 12 months you paid for.
Failed renewals
If a renewal payment fails we retry up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail your account drops to the free tier automatically — no surprise bills, no debt collection. You can re-subscribe at any time.
Wrong-charge or duplicate charges
If you've been double-charged or charged in error, email support@mathanvil.com with the transaction ID and we will refund the duplicate within 2 business days. These refunds are not subject to the 14-day window.
Books and worksheet packs sold via Amazon, Etsy, or other marketplaces
Physical and digital products sold through Amazon KDP, Etsy, Teachers Pay Teachers, or any other third-party marketplace are subject to that marketplace's refund policy, not this one. Contact the marketplace directly for those.
How to request a refund
- Email support@mathanvil.com from the address you used to sign up.
- Include your subscription start date or the transaction ID from your receipt.
- We respond within 2 business days. Refunds land back on the original payment method within 5 business days of approval.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under Norwegian or EU/EEA law. If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive — our policy above already meets or exceeds this.
